Engaging TAL

TAL Group International's Recruitment Program involves four main steps—engagement, screening, behavioral and technology skills testing, and client interview. The first step in the recruitment process is initial contact, or engagement. We would be happy to discuss your needs through a phone call or e-mail. Our team will begin customizing a recruiting strategy for you.

Assessment of Talent

TAL Group International’s screening process involves rigorous selection of resumes and direct discussion with candidates to determine their level of expertise. Our recruiting specialists find candidates that align with your company’s leadership requirements and business strategies. Upon qualification of technical knowledge, prospective employers are then presented candidates for their assessment and selection for interview.

Should the applicant successfully meet the needs of the client, TAL delivers and secures both a verbal acceptance and written offer on behalf of the client.

On-Boarding

TAL Group International's team ensures that the on-boarding process is seamless for clients, taking over the necessary documentation including the Labour Market Opinion (LMO), visa submission, as well as acclimatisation of the candidate upon arrival into Canada. In some cases, this entails transportation from the airport upon arrival, accommodation for the first month of residency, and 3 months of health care.

Assessment of Talent

TAL Group International's recruitment process involves four main steps—engagement, screening, behavioral and technology skills testing, and client interview. After testing, if a candidate’s skill-set is found to align with one of the profile positions listed under "Jobs", our recruiters will submit him or her for a number of positions with different clients.

The candidate will then interview with prospective employers and is available to receive job offers. Should the applicant successfully meet the needs of the client, TAL delivers and secures both a verbal acceptance and written offer on behalf of the client. Our recruiters help candidates prepare for the client interview through providing basic company information and helpful tips.
